Our classic chef's knife is a perfectly balanced piece of art. It features AEB-L Swedish stainless steel originally created for razor blades. This steel has a fine-grain structure that is ideal for cutlery. Each blade is hardened by the world renowned Paul Bos and lovingly hand sanded to a delicate satin finish. The sculpted handles will have you reaching for this knife again and again. Our blades are light in the hand, cut powerfully, and are a joy to use.
